This was the worst stay I've ever been to. We also only received 2 sets of towels and did not receive new fresh ones throughout the stay. The towels were not white they were beige ! The shower curtain was also dirty. The room looked as if only the bed was changed before our arrival. The plug sockets did not work, the bathroom was dirty, the carpet looked as if it was not cleaned. The smell of the room gave me signs that it was not cleaned. The room smelled as if no one cleaned it before our arrival it smelled like fresh cigarettes and moth balls.
The room was very nasty ! It looked nothing like the photos on site. We booked a king size bed and received a queen bed. The toilet was so low to the ground it came as if it was a toddler toilet. We did not receive any complimentary soaps or shampoos like every hotel usually does. We booked a smoking room for about $230-$250 for 1 night. The reason I did not have time to file a complaint at the front desk is because we arrived late and was in a rush to attend an event.
